Our story

KiKi Arcade started with a frustration every gamer knows: shopping for gaming gear online felt like a lottery. Cheap plastic that cracks in a week, photos that do not match the box, two-month shipping waits, and return policies written in the shop’s favour. We wanted a store that respected gamers, their setups, and our own standards — so we built one.

What we curate

Every product is chosen for two things: how it performs in daily use and how it holds up over time. We test for the things that matter in daily life — whether a mat lies flat, whether a stand holds a heavy monitor, whether a light strip stays put. Our ranges:

How we fulfil orders

We work with vetted dropshipping partners, primarily CJ Dropshipping, shipping from warehouses in China, the United States and the EU. Dropshipping lets us offer a wide range without sitting on huge stock, which keeps prices fair and the selection fresh. It also means some items ship from outside your country — your tracking link shows exactly where.

Quality and safety

We treat product safety as non-negotiable. Products are chosen for durability and safe materials, but check any item for wear and replace anything damaged. Where a product is defective, we make it right under the guarantee.

Sustainability

We are not perfect, and we will not pretend to be. We prefer durable items over disposable ones, reduce unnecessary packaging where we can, and choose partners who consolidate shipments to cut wasted miles. It is a work in progress; we share it honestly rather than greenwash it.

Behind the brand

KiKi Arcade is run by a small team of gamers in Kowloon, Hong Kong. Our founders are the kind who rebuild their setup every few months and argue about which switch is “actually thocky”. That obsession is the product.
